Cougar Pumps was founded in 1980 and Phil Harris, current Managing Director has been here from the beginning. He instilled an ethical, trustworthy and hardworking ethos into the firm, which persists to this day.

Phil’s mission? To strive to deliver the perfect solution for Cougar customers in all areas of industrial pumps, and to succeed in that task. His mission is this: “We never walk away from a customer’s problem – we find a way to solve it.”

As a result of his application to that purpose, Cougar Pumps are now one of the UKs largest worldwide distributors of industrial pumps. They have a formidable reputation for fantastic customer service, total reliability, and innovation.

Phil has trained the company ethos into every staff member, from top to bottom, so the Cougar team are dedicated to providing first-class service to every customer. Their knowledge, expertise and professionalism brings clients back time and time again.

There is always a welcoming voice (yes, a real human, not a machine!) at the end of the phone, to offer clients the very best advice and solve any queries or concerns.
